About Bester
Built by people who needed it first.

The story goes...
For a long stretch, one of us spent too many nights playing League of Legends as Lee Sin. Real life was on pause while the games kept rolling, and even when the urge to change showed up, the path forward felt blurry.
Trying to get help meant scrolling past productivity gurus, guilt-heavy apps, and advice written for people who already seemed organized. Nothing met us where we were: no simple steps, no patient support, no community that understood starting from zero.
Finding our footing took time—false starts, experiments that didn’t stick, and small wins that almost no one saw. Slowly, we learned what actually helped: small moves, honest reflection, and figuring out what we really wanted.
In the end, what we wanted was to help others. Bester is the tool we wished we had then, built so no one else has to feel alone while starting out.
To make self-development accessible, social, and human. We believe anyone can become their bester self — provided they have the right tools and the right people by their side. Bester is that soft place to work on yourself, one tiny step at a time.
A world where growth feels natural, not forced. Where people support each other's experiments instead of judging failures. Where becoming a better version of yourself is something you do together, not alone.
Meet the founders
Two builders who got tired of self-improvement feeling like a solo grind.

Sebastian Lungu
Self-development nerd who spent too much time figuring out what works. Obsessed with reading, trying things out, and helping people put the right systems in place, because motivation fades, but good mechanisms don't.

Houssem Cherigui
Loves turning messy ideas into simple, useful products. Focused on craft, impact, and shipping things that genuinely help people grow. If it doesn't actually matter, why build it?
